Catch up with friends on Friday evening. Saturday is free and easy, but you may wish to attend any or all of the 2024 Centre AGM, 2024 Rally Officer’s meeting or the 2024 Junior AGM, all of which will take place during Saturday daytime. Saturday evening social. All events in the hall on-site. No bar, so bring your own drinks.
Directions: Leave M56 at J10. Take A49 signed Whitchurch. In 2 miles turn left into Street Lane, signed Lower Whitley. Follow CC Rally signs.
Rally Starts: 3.30 pm

ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
The Annual General Meeting of the Cheshire Centre of the Caravan and Motorhome Club will be held at 2:00pm on Saturday 14th September 2024 at Whitley Village Hall, Village Lane, Higher Whitley, Warrington WA4 4EJ.
As required by Rule 6(c) governing Centres, nominations for executive office or committee signed by the nominee must be received in writing by the Centre Secretary not later than 14:00hrs on Saturday 31st August 2024.
As required by Rule 6(d) governing Centres, formal notices of motion duly signed by the proposer and seconder, must be received in writing by the Centre Secretary not later than 14:00hrs on Saturday 10th August 2024.
Admission is not confined to Full Members and Family Members but only Full Members and Family Members are entitled to speak or vote.

PLEASE NOTE – Membership cards must be shown when booking in at the meeting to be allowed to vote or speak. Ballot papers will not be issued to those who don’t have membership cards. No ballot papers will be issued after the meeting starts. This will be strictly enforced.

The Junior Annual General Meeting will be held at 12 noon on Saturday 14th September 2024 at Whitley Village Hall, Village Lane, Higher Whitley, Warrington WA4 4EJ. All welcome, only Junior members can speak and vote.
RALLY OFFICER’S MEETING
A meeting will be held on the morning of Saturday 14th September 2024 at Whitley Village Hall, Village Lane, Higher Whitley, Warrington WA4 4EJ, this is to announce and discuss the Rally Programme for 2025. Non rally officers welcomed.
