These forms can be printed off and
written on by hand or saved to your computer and
then typed on.
To print them off to write on them by
hand do the following: move the cursor to the form
you want to print off. Left mouse click on the
form, from the new window that opens select the
‘Open with’ option, when the document opens print it
off as you would do normally.
To use the form on your PC do the
following: move the cursor to the form you want to
save. Left mouse click on the form, from the new
window that opens select the ‘Save File’ option,
select ‘Ok’ (*note where you save the document*
suggest your Desktop). Minimise the web site (the -
symbol top right hand corner of the screen). You
can now amend the document and save the changes on
your PC. |
