AGM Rally,
17 – 19 Sep, 38.1,
– Change Of Venue: Wallerscote School, Weaverham are enforcing the “No Dogs On School Premises” rule and as a result the Rally Officers have had no option other than to move the rally to another venue. The rally will now be held at Elm Cottage. The Rally Officers Meeting, the Junior AGM and the Centre AGM will still take place at Wallerscote School as normal. Elm Cottage is approx 6.6 miles (15 mins) from the School. Elm Cottage is located on the A54 (Chester Lane) about 3.5 miles west of Winsford (approx 400 Yds from The Shrewsbury Arms). Calling All Ralliers Who Are Interested In Joining
The Cheshire Centre Committee: All ralliers who would like to serve on the 2010 - 2011 Cheshire Centre Committee are invited to send their completed Nomination and Resume Forms to the Centre Secretary by 2.00 pm on 5th Sep 2010. The forms are on the Forms Page of the web site or can be obtained from the Centre Secretary.

Silver Salvers: Silver Salvers are awarded to Rally Officers when they have organised multiples of 25 rallies for the Cheshire Centre, i.e. 25, 50, 75 etc. Could Rally Officers who have achieved the relevant land marks please contact the Rally Sec as soon as possible so the purchase and engraving can be organised for the presentation of the salvers at the Rally Officers meeting on the 18th Sep 2010. Thank you.

Junior Rally: The Junior Committee would like to thank all those who supported the Juniors and making it a rally to remember.

Rally Venue: The Blue Bell Inn on the Cheshire Shropshire border have a 2 acre field + a field for 5 vans and are interested in letting us use the venue to hold rallies. Contact Ginette Hanson at www.the bluebellinn.net if you are interested.

Rally Venue: Witton Albion Football club in Northwich are now available again to hold weekend/week day rallies at their club throughout the summer months and even during the football season it may be available over some weekends depending on our football commitment. Witton has quite a large car park capable of accommodating several caravans. Contact the Rally Sec for further information.

Holiday Rally Questionnaire: We know what is important to us when we go on a holiday rally, but we would like to know what is important to you and your family when you go on holiday rallies. This is to help us when we look for a venue for the next holiday rally we would like to run. Books For Sale On The Rally Field: Dave and Ann Beattie will be selling books on the rally field during the next year. They will be looking for good condition books to be donated to their stall. All money will go to the Centre charities.

Space For A Rally Chairman: Rally Officers are reminded they must reserve a place for the Centre Chairman or his/her representative. Thank you. The Committee.

Multiple Rally Plaque Presentations: Could ralliers who wish to have their Multiple (100, 200, 300 etc) Rally plaque presented at a certain rally please give the Rally Sec at least 1 months notice, this will enable him to pass the plaque to the relevant Rally Chairman. Thank you.

Plaque Ordering: The Plaque Officer would like to remind Ralliers that the Plaque Manufacturer needs 10 working days + delivery for ALL plaque orders. Plaque order forms to be sent to the Centre Plaque Officer prior to this time scale. All plaque details are available on the Baypress web site www.baypress.org.uk or contact the Plaque Officer for assistance.

| Gazebo Hire: The Junior committee have purchased four 9m x 3m gazebos for Rally Officers to use on the rallies. There is a small hire for these, £10 each for the weekend. For bookings, contact the Junior Centre Secretary, Natalie Haig. Her contact details are in the Rally Brochure.
